Welcome to use the software and services of Junkai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.!

To use the software and services of Junkai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JUNKAI-TECH" or "we"), you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") should read and comply with the “Software License and Service Agreement of Junkai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read and fully understand the contents of each clause carefully, especially the clauses exempting or limiting liability. The limiting and exempting clauses will be presented in bold to draw the User's attention. If the User is under the age of 18, please read this Agreement under the supervision of a legal guardian.

Your use of our software ("use" refers to one or more of the acts including but not limited to downloading, installing, launching, and using, the same below) indicates that you have confirmed and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not accept any of the terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using our software.

  1. Scope of the Agreement
  2. This Agreement is an agreement concluded between the User and JUNKAI-TECH regarding the User's downloading, installing, and using the software and services of JUNKAI-TECH. The contents of this Agreement also include relevant agreements regarding this service agreement that JUNKAI-TECH may publish in the future. Once the above contents are officially published, they shall become an integral part of this Agreement, and you shall also comply with them.

  3. Acquisition of the Software
    1. The User may obtain the software directly from JUNKAI-TECH's website or from a third party authorized by JUNKAI-TECH.
    2. If the User obtains the software or an installation program with the same name as the software from a third party not authorized by JUNKAI-TECH, JUNKAI-TECH cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally and shall not be liable for any losses caused to the User thereby.
  4. Installation and Uninstallation of the Software
    1. JUNKAI-TECH currently only provides the Windows version of the software, and the User shall select and download the installation according to the actual situation.
    2. After downloading the installation program, the User needs to install it correctly according to the steps prompted by the program.
    3. If the User no longer needs to use this software or needs to install a new version of the software, the User may uninstall it by himself/herself.
  5. Software Updates
    1. To improve the User experience, JUNKAI-TECH will provide the User with software updates from time to time (these updates may take the form of software replacement, modification, function enhancement, version upgrade, etc.).
    2. To ensure the security and functional consistency of this software and services, JUNKAI-TECH has the right to update the software or change or restrict part of the functional effects without giving the User special notice.
    3. After the new version of the software is released, the old version of the software may not be usable. JUNKAI-TECH does not guarantee that the old version of the software and the corresponding customer service will continue to be available, so the User shall check and download the latest version at any time.
    4. The User agrees that JUNKAI-TECH may notify the User of software update information through announcements, update logs, etc., but JUNKAI-TECH does not need to give the User special notice.
  6. User Information and Personal Information Protection
    1. Protecting User information is a basic principle of JUNKAI-TECH, and JUNKAI-TECH will take reasonable measures to protect User information. Except as required by laws and regulations, JUNKAI-TECH will not disclose User information to third parties without the User's permission.
    2. During the use of the software, the User needs to provide some personal information, such as an email address or mobile phone number when purchasing the software; a mailing address and recipient's name when mailing an invoice to the User, etc.
    3. Without the User's consent, JUNKAI-TECH will not disclose the User's personal information to any company, organization, or individual other than JUNKAI-TECH, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
  7. User Notes
    1. The User is responsible for properly keeping the security of the software activation code and encryption password and agrees not to disclose the activation code and password information to others under any circumstances. When you suspect that others are using your activation code, you should immediately notify JUNKAI-TECH.
    2. During the use of the software, the User needs to pay special attention to the important prompts on the software.
    3. When using this software and services, the User shall bear the following risks beyond the control of JUNKAI-TECH, including but not limited to:
      1. Risks of loss or leakage of User information caused by force majeure factors;
      2. The User must select a software version compatible with the installed terminal device. Otherwise, any problems or damages caused by the incompatibility between the software and the terminal device model shall be borne by the User;
      3. Inability to decrypt files due to forgotten passwords or incorrect passwords.
  8. User Code of Conduct
    1. Software Use Specifications
    2. Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of JUNKAI-TECH, the User shall not engage in the following acts during the use of the software:
      1. Deleting the copyright information on the software and its copies;
      2. Reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling the software, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of this software;
      3. Using, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reprinting, compiling, publishing, or establishing mirror sites for the content owned by JUNKAI-TECH with intellectual property rights;
      4. Copying, modifying, adding to, deleting, hooking, or creating any derivative works of the data released into any terminal memory during the operation of the software, the interaction data between the client and the server during the operation of the software, and the system data necessary for the operation of the software, including but not limited to accessing the software and related systems using plug-ins, external hacks, or third-party tools/services not authorized by JUNKAI-TECH;
      5. Modifying or forging the instructions or data during the operation of the software to add to, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the software, or operating or disseminating the software or methods used for the above purposes to the public, whether such acts are for commercial purposes or not;
      6. Interfering with the software and its components, modules, and data by oneself or authorizing others or third-party software;
      7. Other acts not explicitly authorized by JUNKAI-TECH.
    3. The User understands and agrees that, based on comprehensive factors such as User experience, operational safety, rule requirements, and healthy development, JUNKAI-TECH has the right to select the objects of service provision, decide on function settings, and decide on the objects and scope of function opening, data interface, and related data disclosure. If the User's conduct has the following circumstances, JUNKAI-TECH has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services according to the specific circumstances, including but not limited to:
      1. Violating laws and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement, or other management requirements of JUNKAI-TECH;
      2. Engaging in acts affecting the software service experience;
      3. Continuing to use may pose potential safety hazards, including but not limited to posing safety hazards to the人身 (personal) or property of the User himself/herself or third parties, or posing safety hazards to public safety, etc.
    4. Service Operation Specifications
      1. Unless permitted by law or with the written permission of JUNKAI-TECH, the User shall not engage in the following acts during the use of the software:
      2. Using the software and services to engage in any illegal or criminal activities;
      3. Producing or publishing methods or tools related to the above acts, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, whether such acts are for commercial purposes or not;
      4. Other acts violating laws and regulations, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of other Users, interfering with the normal operation of the product, or not explicitly authorized by JUNKAI-TECH.
  9. Terminal Security Liability
    1. The User understands and agrees that, like most Internet software, JUNKAI-TECH's software may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to User reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc.; it may also be subject to various security issues, including but not limited to others illegally using User data to carry out harassment in reality; other software downloaded and installed by the User or other websites visited by the User may contain viruses, Trojan horses, or other malicious programs that threaten the information and data security of the User's terminal device, thereby affecting the normal use of this software, etc. Therefore, the User should strengthen the awareness of information security and personal information protection and pay attention to password protection to avoid losses.
    2. The User shall not produce, publish, use, or disseminate malicious programs used to steal software information and others' personal information and property.
  10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
    1. The User understands and agrees that the software and services of JUNKAI-TECH are provided "as is", and JUNKAI-TECH makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the applicability or continuity of the software and services.
    2. The User understands and agrees that during the use of the software and services, risk factors such as force majeure may be encountered, which may cause the service to be interrupted. JUNKAI-TECH shall not be liable for any damages and consequences arising therefrom. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, etc., and social events such as wars, turmoil, government acts, etc.
    3. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JUNKAI-TECH shall not be liable under any circumstances (regardless of the reason) for the following: (A) any indirect, intentional, punitive, incidental, exemplary, special, or consequential damages; (B) loss of business or opportunity; (C) loss of income; (D) loss of profit; (E) loss of goodwill; (F) loss of content; or (G) loss of data.
  11. Regarding this Agreement
    1. JUNKAI-TECH has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement when necessary. JUNKAI-TECH may notify the User in one or more of the following ways, including but not limited to displaying on the relevant service page, web announcement, web prompt, email, SMS, regular letter delivery, etc. The User may consult the relevant agreement terms in the latest version of the software. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if the User continues to use the software, it shall be deemed that the User has accepted the modified Agreement. If the User does not accept the modified Agreement, the User shall stop using the software. The User agrees that any failure to receive relevant notifications due to incorrect information such as email address, mobile phone number, or mailing address or other reasons not attributable to JUNKAI-TECH shall not affect the legal effect of such information on the User, and the User shall be bound by it, and all consequences and liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the User.
    2. The interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the mainland of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws). In case of any dispute arising from the conclusion or performance of this Agreement, the two parties shall try to resolve it amicably through negotiation; if negotiation fails, the User agrees to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where this Agreement is signed.
    3. The titles and serial numbers of all clauses of this Agreement are for reading convenience only, have no actual meaning, and cannot be used as the basis for interpreting the meaning of this Agreement.
    4. If any clause of this Agreement is partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
